Julian summitted Europe’s highest mountain - Elbrus (5,642m/18,510ft) - at 7.04am BST Friday 4th July 2017. Round trip climb from the south side of Elbrus barrels (camp), to the summit, and back to the barrels, totalled 14.5 hours (with no snow cat use).
